These are some things he's done...\nHe has done over 2000 gigs all over the place, including yer Glee Clubs, Comedy Stores, Highlights and Jongleurs and other beaten tracks as well as a slew of ones off it... like in an exhibition room in an art gallery for instance.\nAlso he's worked as a warm up artist for loads of popular shows on television such as Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Shooting Stars, Later with Jools Holland, Jonathan Ross as well dozens of others you may know... and some you definitely won't. He is still relieved that What's In Your Celebrity Fridge? never made it to series.\nIf more trumpets are to be blown Andy has also been the support act for Sean Lock, Rich Hall and Paddy McGuiness. He is also known as comedy legend Jo Brand's regular support act, and has worked with her for the past ten years... alternatively he once supported jazz legend John MacLaughlin, who later gave him a right ticking off.\nHe has also written and performed for Virgin Radio's breakfast show and other various radio programmes... although he was sacked from some of them.\nAndy also wrote and presented/hosted a music programme for ITV1 called Earshot where he interviewed the likes of Amy Winehouse, Keane and Razorlight... as well as people with lesser profile but arguably better songs.\nPress'Andy Robinson is an absolute joy to work with... self-deprecating, generous, very funny and relaxed' – Jo Brand\n(Website:www.offthekerb.co.uk/andy-robinson/)\n \nJames Sherwood\nBBC New Comedy Awards 2004 – Runner UpFHM Holsten Pils Stand-Up Award 2004 – Runner Up\nJames Sherwood has become one of the country's foremost comedy writers and continues to rapidy ascend the stand-up circuit. Having received the BBC Radio Entertainment writers' bursary in 2008, James contributes the funnies to radio shows across the BBC, including The Now Show, The News Quiz and BBC7's new topical comedy sketch show, Tilt.\nAs well as that, he regularly reviews the newspapers on Sky News, writes a regular blog on the Guardian website and spends most Sundays singing in a church choir, despite not actually being religious.\nHis debut Edinburgh show in 2006, 'I Know What You Did Last Sunday', was a total sell-out and was followed in similar fashion with 2007's offering, 'James Sherwood's Somewhat Premature Review Of 2007'. He plans to take his third show, 'Songs Of Music', to the Fringe this summer.\nHaving originally made a name for himself on the live circuit as a topical comic, in recent years James has incorporated a number of self-penned, original comic songs into his act. Although this involves lugging a keyboard around with him, it's worth it – songs about grammatical inaccuracies and failed nightclub courtships have had audiences literally crying with laughter.\n"brilliantly conceived and very funny ...
